Product Spotlight: Enhanced Stress Relief

Enhanced Stress Relief is a gentle, non-sedative herbal approach to anxiety, nervousness, and over-stimulation. Designed to synergistically balance key neurotransmitters to provide calm and focus at any time of day or night. Can be used regularly or as needed in times of stress.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon Balm is a traditional calmative that increases expression of GABA, an inhibitory (calming) neurotransmitter.
  • L-Theanine is an amino acid derived from green tea, which blocks the expression of glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter which, when elevated, contributes to feelings of stress and over-stimulation. It also encourages production of alpha brain waves which are associated with a meditative state.
