Product Spotlight: LAVELA – Oral Encapsulated Lavender Essential Oil

In our recent Event on Women’s Health care, Naturopathic Doctor Devra Krassner recommended Lavela, lavender in gel caps, as a helpful adjunct for anxiety associated with menopause, or in any time of life! Lavender essential oil has a long history of use as a calming essential oil although it is not typically ingested. New research has suggested that steam distilled lavender standardized to contain approximately 70% of two constituents, linalool and linalyl acetate, can have significant benefit in the treatment of generalized anxiety.
