Here’s more on the program from Stephanie:
Changing nutrition habits can be scary, confusing, frustrating and seemingly fruitless. That’s because most programs out there focus on the quick fix with no clear path of how to find your “new normal.” Without the true guidance and support you need, it’s easy to lose motivation and beat yourself up for never reaching your goals. But the problem isn’t you, the problem is the plan!
For a detox program to work, you must know
- who you really are,
- why change is important for your health,
- what protocol you should follow,
- how the program is going to change your life,
- and where to go from here.
Finding true insight into your health is why I created the 21-Day Holistic Detox program. As a holistic nutritionist, I consider the whole person – nutrition, activity level, stress level, toxin load and more – to understand the real you.
During the program, you will
- fill out questionnaires to find out who you are,
- get an understanding of why a detox program is important and how it can improve your health and weight,
- have a clear-cut dietary, supplement and lifestyle protocol to follow including 21 recipes to take the guess work out of meal planning, and
- end the program with a direction in which to continue your path to a healthier you.
A Program Based on Experience
I know change can be difficult, but I am here for you! As a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Eating Psychology Coach and Personal Trainer, it may seem like I have always been physically fit and eating healthy. To be honest, I have always loved to run, jump, play and cook but it has taken years to fine-tune my philosophy to a more holistic approach. Getting to where I am now, took decades of understanding nutrition and experiencing different diet fads. These experiences have given me a realistic view of the struggles we all face with eating healthy and understanding what that even looks like!
In short, I understand. Life is about convenience, comfort, and candy! And change is hard! So I am not going to profess that you “just need to do” this and that, it’s only 21 days. But I am going to give you all the information and support you need to make this process as easy as possible. My goal is to help you complete the 21-day program, break the cycle of frustration, and succeed well past the detox to find your “new normal.”
Let’s Get Started!
